Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Meets minimum quota for the assigned department.
• Inspects donated merchandise, analyzes quality, and determines category.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports incidents of theft or misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property.
• May be cross-trained to work as a Retail Sales Associate or Forklift Operator.
• Receives and processes merchandise.
• Maintains a safe and organized workstation and clean facilities.
• Follows safety rules and uses required safety equipment.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance.
