Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for the Coral Way Store-CORAS in Miami, FL. You will assist customers, process sales, stock shelves, and support inventory management in a busy retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and comfort with using cash registers and basic devices. Prior cashiering experience is a plus and bilingual skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months related experience or training desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated materials, enter customer information, thank donors.
• Process: sort, hang, test, and label items including clothing and small appliances.
• Cashiering: conduct sales, manage cash/credit transactions and voids/discounts as needed.
• Cleaning: maintain bathrooms, floors, shelves, and store fixtures; report maintenance.
• Customer service: assist customers, price merchandise, and support store operations.
