Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for the Shawnee Store - Mission. You will support store operations by handling donations, sorting goods, pricing items, and ensuring clean, organized displays while delivering positive service to customers.

The role is full-time, hourly, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, paid holidays, and a monthly bonus up to $250. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, and trash.
• Inspect items to determine quality for sales floor, recycling, or online.
• Identify and price items using pricing software.
