MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for the Lawrence Store - 31st team. The role focuses on handling donations, categorizing goods, pricing items, and ensuring a clean, welcoming sales floor for customers and donors.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect goods to distinguish quality and determine placement for sales, recycling, or online.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and stock levels; assist customers and donors.
