Leads daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and inventory management, while fostering a culture where volunteers feel valued and connected to HOPE's mission. Reports to Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete donations and production pipeline from donor drop-off to sales floor.
• Establish efficient workflows for receiving, sorting, pricing, processing, staging, and inventory movement.
• Maintain quality and adherence to Retail Ministries standards.
• Monitor production volume and adjust priorities to sustain inventory flow.
• Lead and train production volunteers in partnership with the Volunteer Engagement Lead.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to address operational needs and improve procedures.
