Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor for our Donated Goods Retail team. You will support overall store operations by processing donations, including sorting, tagging, pricing, stocking and rotating product while upholding production and quality standards.

The role is non-exempt and requires ability to work in an open warehouse environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and perform simple math.
• Ability to work in an open warehouse environment with varying weather.
• Able to learn and use equipment and follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process donations: sorting, pricing, tagging, moving to sales floor.
• Maintain production goals and quality standards.
• Organize and rotate stock on the sales floor.
• Provide safe, courteous customer service to customers and donors.
• Support organizational programs and special events.
• Communicate progress and issues to the Production Manager.
