Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18+ due to shift flexibility and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, pricing, tagging, stocking.
• Process housewares, electronics, shoes, and other items for the sales floor.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Meet daily production and sales goals.
• Provide courteous customer service to donors and customers.
• Follow Goodwill Keystone Area policies and participate in events.
• Report production progress to the Production Manager.
