Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a Merchandise Processor to support donated goods operations and customer service within the store. You will process donations, price and tag items, stock shelves, and help maintain production standards.

You'll work in an open warehouse, stand for long periods, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required; safety and quality are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards.
• Able to work in an open warehouse with varying temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items including sorting, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards as set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Be knowledgeable of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.
