Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate for our Laredo location to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and help process materials for resale. You will assist with tagging, stocking, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires physical stamina, excellent customer service, and teamwork to support community programs and sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers by greeting and accepting donations at donation station.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck and distribute materials for processing.
• Supply team with materials and restock supplies as needed.
• Sort and price donated items and monitor production levels.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and report safety hazards.
