Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring for a Production Associate in Laredo, TX. The role involves loading and unloading donated goods, sorting textiles, and assisting in processing and shipping.

You will support daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting and contribute to community programs funded by Goodwill. Position is full-time with day-to-day duties including material handling, pricing, stocking, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team.
• Must meet physical requirements; travel if driving as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors and customers at donation station.
• Load and unload donated goods using hand truck; move items to processing areas.
• Supply team with materials and restock supplies.
• Sort and price donated items, tag and shelve per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in safeguarding people and property from harm and theft.
