Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and assist in processing and shipping. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service environment.
• Able to bend, lift, and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and accept donations at donation station.
• Issue donor receipts in a friendly manner.
• Sort and price donated items and monitor production levels.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Restock supplies and keep aisles clean and organized.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures and report hazards.
