Job summary

World Relief in the United States is seeking a Donor Operations Manager to lead the Donations Management team and set standard operating procedures for gift processing. You will ensure the integrity of donor records, receipting, fund coding, and reconciliation.

You will supervise staff, establish policies and controls for donations, and partner with Finance, IT, and Advancement on reconciliations and system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and previous people-management or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of gift coding, donor intent, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, Excel, and operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Donations Management team and establish operational standards for gift processing.
• Ensure donor records, receipting, fund coding, and reconciliation are completed with integrity.
• Supervise staff, including work planning, performance management, and HRIS actions.
• Own policies, controls, and SOPs for donations and serve as the final escalation point.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Advancement on reconciliations and system changes.
