Job summary

World Relief seeks a Manager to lead its Donations Management Team, ensuring timely, accurate, secure, and donor-centered processing of charitable contributions across giving channels. This role establishes operational standards, supervises staff, owns policies and controls, and coordinates with Advancement, Finance, IT, and other partners to ensure audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong understanding of gift coding, donor intent, receipting, reconciliations, data quality, internal controls, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Previous people-management or formal supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Donations Management staff, including work planning, regular check-ins, goals, performance management, time and leave approvals.
• Set team priorities, service standards, staffing coverage, and quality expectations to ensure timely gift processing and donor notifications.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of checks, ACH and wires, card gifts, recurring gifts, and other donation channels.
• Oversee monthly reconciliations for online giving streams and coordinate with Finance for variances.
