Job summary

World Relief seeks a Manager to lead its Donations Management Team in a fully remote role. You will oversee donor‑centered processing across channels, establish policies, and ensure audit‑ready documentation while collaborating with Advancement, Finance, and IT.

The role requires strong gift coding, reconciliations, and staff supervision. You will help scale donations operations as World Relief expands, with a Christian‑minded work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong gift coding, donor intent, and receipting knowledge.
• Experience leading staff or a significant operational function.
• Commitment to World Relief's Christian mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Donations Management staff, including planning, check-ins, and performance management.
• Lead policy creation, maintenance, and reviews for gift entry, coding, and receipting.
• Oversee end‑to‑end processing of checks, card gifts, recurring gifts, and other channels.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate fund coding and audit readiness.
• Manage monthly reconciliations and partner with Finance to resolve variances.
• Serve as final escalation point for complex gift-processing issues.
• Ensure donor records are accurately coded and aligned with GL requirements.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Advancement, IT, and Finance.
• Prepare and manage team budget and operational planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding of donor information.
