Job summary

Goodwill Boutique - Eugene is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support front-end operations, processing, and donation receiving while maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

You will greet donors and shoppers, ring up transactions, price donated items, restock shelves, and help ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment that reflects Goodwill’s mission of providing vocational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older; 18 years to operate safety-sensitive equipment.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, helpful in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors to provide outstanding service.
• Operate the cash register and POS system; balance cash and complete reports.
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods per guidelines and quality standards.
• Restock merchandise, create displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies and loss-prevention procedures.
