Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Part-Time Production Associate in Kerrville, TX to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and support processing and shipping. You’ll assist donors and customers, maintain clean work areas, and help with pricing and stocking as needed.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in retail customer service, can lift items, and communicate well in a team. The role requires flexibility for varying shifts across days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors and customers; accept donations and issue receipts.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Restock supplies and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and routing donated items.
• Maintain loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
