Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant in Orlando. You will provide excellent customer service, receive donated treasures, issue receipts, sort items, and assist with loading donations for transport.

You will open/close the donation center, greet donors, lift items with care, and follow safety standards. Must be 18+, prior retail or stock handling preferred. Join a mission-driven team that supports community programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greeting each donor with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Respectfully receiving donations while issuing donation receipts, regardless of donation size or the number of articles.
• Assisting donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sorting donations in accordance with all GICF policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards as directed.
• Assisting in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
