Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant to warmly greet donors, issue receipts, and help move donations into our center. You will open and close the donation center and ensure items are handled with care.

You will sort items per policy, assist with loading trucks, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the shift. Previous retail or stock experience is preferred, and applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to process donations and issue receipts accurately.
• Adherence to safety policies and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the donation center.
• Greet donors with a courteous, professional attitude.
• Receive donations and issue donation receipts.
• Assist donors with lifting items in/out of vehicles.
• Sort donations according to policy and assist with loading trucks.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
