Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a part-time Donation Xpress Attendant in Orlando, FL to welcome donors, process donations, issue receipts, and assist with loading items for transport.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the donation center, greeting donors, receiving and sorting donations, and helping load items while following safety and policy guidelines. Prior retail/stock handling experience is preferred, must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greeting each donor with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Respectfully receiving donations while issuing donation receipts, regardless of donation size or the number of articles.
• Assisting donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sorting donations in accordance with all GICF policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards as directed.
• Assisting in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
