Job summary

Goodwill West Texas is seeking a warehouse associate to clean and categorize donated goods for store distribution. You will tag items using the POS tagging system and ensure proper sorting based on sellability.

No prior experience is required, but you must be able to read and write, follow verbal instructions, and safely lift and move items in a warehouse setting. Some weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate POS tagging system.

Responsibilities

• Examine items for defects and sort based on sellable vs discardable.
• Clean and perform final sort on various items.
• Price items based on condition and pricing rules.
• Operate tagger computer system; print and attach tags.
• Sort items using appropriate containers and racks.
• Follow safety protocols at all times in the warehouse.
• Operate equipment you are trained to use.
• Stay on task to meet established goals.
• Maintain workspace per Goodwill procedures and safety rules.
• Adhere to company policies and practices.
