Job summary

Goodwill West Texas is seeking a warehouse associate to clean and categorize donated goods for store distribution. You will tag items with the POS tagging system and ensure proper sorting and final preparation for display.

No prior experience is required; the role involves lifting, standing for long periods, and some weekend work. You’ll work closely with teammates to follow safety protocols and meet daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Examine items for defects and sort based on sellable vs discardable.
• Clean and perform final sort on various items.
• Price items based on condition and market value per pricing rules.
• Expertly operate and print tags with the tagger system and apply to items.
• Use containers, carts, barrels and racks to separate items.
• Follow safety protocols at all times and use equipment trained for.
• Safely operate equipment you have been trained to use.
• Operate efficiently to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain workspace per Goodwill procedures and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all company policies and practices.
