Goodwill Industries of Central Florida in Oviedo, FL is seeking an Entry Level Part-Time Retail Associate. Under the direction of the General Manager, you will sort, display and stock donations, greet donors and provide receipts as needed.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required. Competitive hourly pay starts at $18.00.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer skills (internet) for receipts and lookup.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations politely and issue donation receipts.
• Rotate stock and bring stock to the sales floor promptly.
• Display merchandise on textile racks and shelves per policies.
• Sort, box and label hangers by type.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Keep the sales floor clean and safe; monitor for shoplifting.
