Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Processor for the Eureka Store to support our mission, Changing Lives Through the Power of Work. The role focuses on donation intake, item sorting, pricing, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The position requires no degree, with HS Diploma/GED preferred, and offers an hourly full-time schedule with a 15.50 USD hourly rate plus a monthly bonus up to 250 USD.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, and trash.
• Inspect items to determine quality for sales floor, recycling, or online.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and keep the store area clean and presentable.
• Provide positive customer service to in-person customers, donors, and phone inquiries.
