Goodwill Industries of Northern New England in Manchester, NH is seeking a Donation Specialist to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling donations. You will inspect, sort, track, and load donations and ensure merchandise is categorized and stored properly.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: solid math and reading skills; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays; positive and friendly attitude; must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, Accept, Track, and Sort Donations to route them correctly.
• Provide outstanding customer experience by greeting donors and assisting as needed.
• Operate power equipment safely to organize and store donated goods.
• Categorize and sort merchandise to maintain quality and value.
• Load and unload materials to prepare donations for processing.
• Process donations efficiently to keep the site organized and productive.
