Goodwill Northern New England is hiring a Donation Specialist in Concord, NH to greet donors, accept donations, and move items using light equipment. You will sort donations by type and quality, issue receipts, and ensure a positive donor experience in a busy store environment.

As part of our team, you’ll work safety-trained, receive benefits, and be part of a community that values respect, diversity, and employee well-being. Evening and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs constantly.
• Basic math and literacy skills to support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and accept donations, then move items using light machinery.
• Sort donations by type and quality for proper value streams.
• Provide donation receipts and ensure positive donor interactions; greet customers at the door in various weather.
