Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is hiring Donation Specialists to join our team in Vermont. This role involves light warehouse work, donor interaction, and inspecting donations while using pallet jacks and other small equipment.

Shifts can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to handle a variety of daily challenges in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet donors, accept donations, and sort items by type and quality, explaining rejection reasons when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical and literacy skills to support daily tasks.
• Ability to use essential equipment and tools.
• Flexible to work varying schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Criminal background check meeting agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, accept, track, and sort donations into correct value streams.
• Provide best-in-class donor experience, issue receipts and assist donors.
• Operate power equipment to organize and store donated products.
