Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is seeking a Donation Specialist to provide excellent customer service while efficiently managing donations. Candidates should possess strong mathematical and literacy skills, have a flexible schedule, and pass a criminal background check. Preferred qualifications include experience in light manufacturing or warehouse work. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all donations find their way to the right place.
  • Greet donors and lend a hand when needed.
  • Safely handle power equipment to organize and store donated goods.
  • Keep items sorted into the correct categories while ensuring quality and value.
  • Prepare donations by loading and unloading materials into containers.
  • Process donations throughout the day, keeping the donation site organized.
