Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a full-time team member to greet donors, sort and price merchandise, and manage donation loads. The role involves standing, walking, lifting, and working both indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.

Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available as part of a mission-driven organization. You will contribute to a safe, friendly retail environment and support your team through varied duties, including handling

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 100+ pounds as part of the role.
• Able to stand, walk, and use hands for ongoing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
