Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking team members to greet donors, help unload donations, and price merchandise. You will move items to the sales floor, maintain clean workspaces, and assist with daily store operations.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; expect an active role with physical tasks, safety procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and perform custodial tasks during shifts.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to the elements.

What You'll Do
