Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring entry-level team members. Starting at $15/hour with annual raises and bonuses, you’ll gain free training, career development, and be part of a mission-driven team that helps empower communities.

You'll greet donors, help unload donations, sort and price merchandise, and keep the store and work areas organized. The role involves indoor and outdoor tasks, physical activity, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift and move merchandise; physically active.
• Friendly, dependable team player with a helpful attitude.
• Willing to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks.
• Track donation counts accurately and maintain store cleanliness.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Indoor and outdoors work with exposure to the elements.

What You’ll Do
