Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a donation processor role in Matthews, NC. You will greet donors, unload donations, and price merchandise according to safety guidelines, while keeping areas clean and organized.

No prior experience required as training is provided; the job involves indoor and outdoor tasks and potential exposure to the elements. Full-time benefits apply including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements
