Goodwill Southwest Florida is hiring a part-time Donation Door Attendant at 3226 Del Prado Boulevard South, Cape Coral, FL 33904. You will greet donors, record donations, and help sort merchandise to keep the flow of items moving.

This front-line role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred), retail or stock handling experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds (team lifts up to 100).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or stock handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; team lift up to 100 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures.
• Color vision required.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and record, sort donations per guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service as a front-line team member.
• Assist with processing, cleaning, and preparing merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe donation/work areas; follow supervisor directions.
