Job summary

Convoy of Hope is seeking a Donation Data Quality Manager in Springfield, MO. The role ensures completeness, accuracy, and consistency of donation and donor records in Salesforce, and it coordinates reconciliations between revenue data and supporting sources.

The position requires Salesforce experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. Exempt employment includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a business setting is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Mac or PC, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; quick learners of COH systems.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles donation records across lockbox, Stripe, PayPal, and other platforms.
• Develops regular quality checks for donations, accounts, campaigns, imports, and designations.
• Performs internal reviews and communicates edits.
• Provides dashboards and summaries to the Revenue Director.
• Maintains reconciliation calendars, control docs, and cross-training materials.
• Collaborates with the Revenue Director to uphold Salesforce data quality standards.
• Manages requests via the donation processing ticketing system (e.g., credit card updates, changes).
• Assists with donation processing as needed.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.
