Job summary

St. Louis JCC is seeking a Donor Relations and Grants Associate to manage donor data, process gifts, and support grant applications. This role will coordinate reporting, maintain Salesforce records, and create Classy pages for campaigns, while serving as the primary contact for donor acknowledgments and the United Way campaign.

The position emphasizes data integrity, customer service excellence, and collaboration with philanthropy leadership to grow fundraising impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar donor software.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary donations processor including data entry and deposits in Salesforce.
• Prepare and send donor correspondence such as thank you letters and tax letters.
• Coordinate grant application documents and reporting.
• Maintain grant opportunities and records in Salesforce.
• Communicate grant deadlines with internal stakeholders and consultants.
• Serve as main contact for United Way campaign.
