Job summary

Convoy of Hope is seeking a Development Strategy Manager to lead operational advances in donor data management, analytics, and fundraising process improvements. You will optimize Salesforce records, build dashboards, and collaborate across departments to enhance donor stewardship and resource efficiency.

The role requires a technology-friendly mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and with teams to support Convoy of Hope’s mission and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with common tools – email, Microsoft & Google products (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs).
• Ability to learn new skills necessary for effective research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce to ensure accurate donor records.
• Identify data hygiene improvements and lead strategy for best practices.
• Perform donor research, prospect research, trip planning, and volunteer engagement tasks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track fundraising KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize CRM usage and processes.
• Provide training and onboarding support for Development team on tech tools.
