Job summary
Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia seeks a Barcoder and Processor Trainee to support donations intake, processing, and merchandising tasks at our New Jersey facility. You will assist donors, label and organize items, and help with furniture loading and waivers, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

- Ability to work under pressure in a busy donation center.
- Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Accept donations from customers and provide a positive experience.
- Label outgoing gaylords correctly.
- Maintain donation area and production room organization.
- Assist customers with loading furniture or large items.
- Present and obtain signatures on waivers for furniture purchases.
- Help with sale tickets and signage for big items.
- Operate pallet jack, forklift, and related equipment safely.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and report injuries.
