Responsibilities include operating equipment, assisting with loading furniture, and ensuring proper documentation. Regular attendance and adherence to company dress code and policies are required to support the organization’s mission and safety

Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Provide a positive donor experience at the donation area.
• Keep the donations area clean and organized; label outgoing items with accuracy.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift safely; perform daily equipment inspections.
• Assist customers with loading furniture and other items; obtain signatures on waivers.
