Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time Donated Goods Processor to thoroughly examine and grade donated items for resale in our stores. You will process goods quickly while following standard procedures and maintain a clean, organized donor center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year or more (1+ years) of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Handle guest questions and resolve problems per SOPs.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate with management when necessary.
• Follow training materials and work instructions.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
