Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated Donations Processor to join our retail team in Smyrna. You will help sort and grade donated goods to support our stores, meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment while following standard procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year or more (1+) production experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to sell in Goodwill Retail stores.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals.
• Display a professional, patient, and people-first attitude with guests.
• Provide donation receipts to each guest at donation time.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate with management and follow SOPs and playbooks.
