Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and prepare items for processing and shipping in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience, ability to lift heavy objects, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Benefits include store discounts, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. This is a full-time position at our San Antonio location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move continuously throughout the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers at donation station and issue receipts.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort donated items and place into appropriate containers and locations.
• Assist in stocking, pricing, tagging, and rotating donated items.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris; report hazards.
• Support loss prevention and inventory procedures and maintain regular attendance.
