Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to efficiently sort and process merchandise, tag items, and assist donors.

You will follow price guidelines and maintain production flow across Softline and Hardline categories while supporting the sales floor. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and can work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 40 pounds, and work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and assets.
• Fulfill production functions and assist with donation functions.
• Maintain flow of Softline items; sort, price, and rack efficiently.
• Maintain flow of Hardline items; sort, price per guidelines.
• Assist with quality pulls and stock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Load/unload trucks; price, sanitize, and tag furniture and large items.
• Keep workstation, production area, and sales floor neat and organized.
• Work with customers, donors, and coworkers to support the mission.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including recovery tasks.
