Job summary

Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, PA is seeking a Production Associate to efficiently sort and process merchandise, price items, and assist donors. You will support both Softline and Hardline operations, ensure accurate tagging, and help maintain clean, organized areas while meeting daily quotas.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and adapt to varied schedules including evenings and weekends as the business dictates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn new software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort Softline and Hardline merchandise and price according to guidelines.
• Assist with donation functions and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and meet daily production quotas.
• Provide customer and donor assistance to promote Goodwill's mission.
• Work varied schedules including evenings and weekends as needed.
