Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to protect customers and assets.
• Fulfill production functions and assist donation functions.
• Sort Softline items, price merchandise per guidelines, and maintain production flow.
• Sort Hardline items, price merchandise, and distinguish quality from salvage.
• Assist with quality pulls and stock merchandise by classification on the sales floor.
• Safely load/unload trucks, price, sanitize, and tag large donated items.
• Keep workstations, production areas, and sales floors neat and organized.
• Promote customer satisfaction by working with donors and community groups.
