Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
• Must have good work habits, such as acceptable attitude and punctuality and must respond appropriately to supervision.
• Must possess adequate physical endurance to work at industrial standards and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds assisted.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price and ticket product, separate, package, and inventory wares, and supply processed shoes to assure production quotas and deadlines are met.
• Follows policies and safety procedures as directed by Plant Supervisors and leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and ensure accurate labeling of items leaving the building.
