Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Donation Express Lead to supervise the Donations Express Centers, assist donors, and ensure orderly operation at Cockrill Bend - Donations Management.

The role requires coordinating staff, training attendants, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with policies while traveling to DEC sites and maintaining reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience managing people.
• Must be able to lift and move loads over 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to DEC sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to the DEC sites to monitor the performance of the attendants.
• Ensure that all donation centers are staffed, supplied, organized.
• Train and re-train attendants at the donation centers using a consistent training plan.
• Fills in as DEC Attendant to achieve 100% staffing.
• Document superior and negative observations and communicate with the team.
• Transport supplies to the donation centers, as needed.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of standards for operation of all Attended Donation Centers.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Regular, reliable attendance as defined by policy.
