Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a Donation Express Attendant to ensure daily donation acquisition at Donation Express Centers. You will assist donors, unload and sort items, and provide receipts with hospitality and care.

Maintain a clean, organized DEC area and follow company policies. You will also help record donations and report daily totals, supporting Goodwill's mission in a courteous, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must lift/carry over 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Willingness to work independently and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality to donors and issue donation receipts.
• Unloading, sorting, and packing donated items.
• Record donations and assist with daily donation summary sheets.
• Communicate donor activity daily and maintain DEC space clean and safe.
• Open and close the donation site on schedule and follow safety practices.
• Distribute information about Goodwill to donors and participate in mandatory meetings.
