Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Lead Attendant to oversee daily operations at a donation center. You will supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service to donors, and ensure accurate donor tallies and receipts while keeping organized records.

This role includes opening and closing duties, safety meetings, training, and helping load donated items for transport. Physical work requires regularly lifting up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds;

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the donation center.
• Motivate, train, and retain Donation Xpress center staff.
• Maintain accurate location records and donor tallies.
• Provide safety meetings and participate in inspections as required.
• Provide feedback on employee performance to supervisory staff.
• Assist in loading donated items for transport.
