Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Attendant in Indialantic, FL. You will provide excellent customer service to donors and process donated items, including issuing receipts and assisting with loading donations for transport.

Open and close the donation center, greet donors with courtesy, sort donations per policy and maintain safety and cleanliness standards while handling physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greeting each donor with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Receiving donations and issuing donation receipts, regardless of donation size or number of articles.
• Assisting donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sorting donations in accordance with all GICF policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards as directed.
• Assisting in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
