Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Express Lead Attendant to oversee day-to-day operations at a designated donation center. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and handle donor receipts while sorting items and loading donations for transport.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, staff training, maintaining records, safety meetings, providing performance feedback, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/stock handling experience is preferred.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the donation center.
• Motivate, train, and retain Donation Xpress center staff.
• Maintain accurate records for the location and donor tallies.
• Complete monthly safety meetings and participate in inspections.
• Provide feedback to supervisory staff on employee performance.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards as directed.
• Assist in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
