Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donation Xpress Lead Attendant to manage day-to-day operations at a donation center and supervise center staff while delivering friendly service to donors.

You will keep accurate donor tallies and records, lead safety meetings, assist with loading trucks, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Prior supervisory or retail experience is preferred, and MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Retail and stock handling experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily donation center operations and staff.
• Open and close the donation center; supervise staff.
• Maintain accurate records and donor tallies.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and inspections.
• Assist in loading donated items onto GICF trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and issue receipts.
